November 2009

Brooklyn, NY – Caitlin received her BA from the University of Vermont in 2006. Her studies were concentrated mostly in environmental studies and writing (eco-psychology, eco-fiction). Since then she\’s studied at Naropa University\’s Creative Writing MFA Program with the Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics, and her first novel, Mocemove, Na Vanua (The Land Abiding) was published in 2006. Originally hailing from the deep forests & river bends of the Adirondack Park in northern New York State, Caitlin now resides in Brooklyn, NY. Also a teacher, she spends her time with children, who are, in her opinion, the most creative beings of all.
