Hamilton, NY – Dong Li’s honors include Henry Luce Foundation, Vermont Studio Center and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD, twice) fellowships as well as the inaugural Edwin Honig Memorial, Kim Ann Arstark Memorial, The William and Alethe Weston Fine Arts poetry awards. Born and raised in the People’s Republic of China, Li has degrees from Deep Springs College and Brown University. He is currently the Olive B. O’Connor Fellow in Creative Writing at Colgate University for the academic year 2013-2014. His work has appeared in Conjunctions and comma, poetry.
