We have a mailing list signup and allow residents and alumni to present their information in a viewable, searchable form online by either submitting that information to us via email, or by using their online personalized login.
PERSONAL/APPLICATION INFORMATION & HOW WE USE IT
We define "Personal Information" as device Information, applications, mailing list subscription and artist in residence/alumni/organizational postings.We define "Application Information" as contact and payment information, including credit cards, email address and phone number.
We use both PayPal and/or Give Butter (and personal checks) for residency deposits, individual contributions, payments for Wintertide Rustic Retreat and Steepletop Residencies (unless otherwise noted).
We use this information for communications and screen for potential risk/fraud as well as to optimize use of this website.
